Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing and fulfillment. We're a small business and every order is packed with care. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery is within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ransomed is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our control.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via a variety of carriers including USPS, FedEx, and others depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us at wearransomed@gmail.com within 30 days and we will do our best to make it right. We've got you covered.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we are unable to accept it as a return. Please contact us at wearransomed@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can work out a solution together.

8. Order Issues

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days at wearransomed@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
